Most artists have a muse they rely on every once in a while.  For many years I had a four legged one!  Annie, our beagle-mix often liked to check out my fabric compositions.  I often wondered what she might be thinking…or more likely what she found so interesting to sniff!

Sometimes I would have to shoo my muse away if there were pins involved.  Usually when the pins arrive, I’m pretty sure the fabric arrangement is set for sewing.

Nothing like a few more layers to tryout.  The gargoyles have arrived!

Here’s the finished fabric art, “Gargoyles Gone Wild.”

And here’s Annie giving me her opinion.  I’m not sure whether it’s a good or bad review. You’ll have to decide for yourself!
